Yogurt Bowl 0-4 WW points

Fat free plain greek yogurt (flavored myself to keep it 0 points)
**Flavor with:
-0 calorie sugar substitute (I use Lakanto GOLDEN Monk fruit)
-Skinny syrup (my two favorites are salted caramel and vanilla)
**Add fruit- strawberries and blueberries.
**Then you can add other toppings depending on how many points you want it to be. My favorites:
-Granola
-Sugar free caramel
-Own Your Hunger peanut butter
-Sprinkles
-Chia seeds
-Homemade Jam
-Fat Free Reddi Whip

Air Popped Popcorn 0 points
Air pop 1/3 cup popcorn kernels in a air popper or in a silicone microwave bowl.
Spray popcorn with Kernel Season's popcorn spray oil.
Sprinkle salt.
Sprinkle Kernel seasons dry seasoning. I like:
-Garlic parmesan
-White cheddar
-Butter

Candy Grapes 0 points
Rinse Grapes
Sprinkle sugar free Jell-o powder on grapes. I prefer green grapes with strawberry jello powder.
Put in freezer for 30 minutes. I don't freeze them all the way. Just enough to make them really cold. I enjoy them better that way.
