Each dinner meal plan has a variety of meals for the week. The plan is accounting for 5 days at home, 1 meal eating out, and one day for leftovers or fridge clean out. For eating out I provide a fast food and restaurant option each week.
Note: All of the meals provided are meals that me and my family love. I lost over 100 lbs eating these satisfying meals. Most are really simple as well. The meals that take a little more effort are worth it. They're not complicated, just take a little more time.
