Join me in my 3 Week Steps to Heart Health Challenge! This challenge is a low stress way to hold yourself accountable and keep your heart healthy. It's fun having like-minded people working to reach their goals right along with you. You will choose your step goal and how many days each week you require yourself to get your steps. This will be submitted to me in a question box on day 1 of the challenge. (You can choose if you want your step goal be determined by steps or minutes.) When you join the challenge you will automatically be added to my step group. This group is where you can submit your completed goal each day and you can communicate with other members during the challenge if you choose. I hope to see you in the challenge! -Tara
