Are you feeling out of control with how much junk you eat? Or maybe you simply want to keep a handle on it! This 30 days of no sugar is to cut the sugar and create better habits. This challenge is to specifically go without sweets, treats, candy, and junk but specifically food, not 0 calorie beverages (unless that's a personal issue of yours). Don't worry, you can eat fruit. You can also customize your challenge to your needs if you want to cut out or make an exception for any specific thing. **This is less about restricting and more about gaining control again with certain foods.** Taking part in this challenge will help you stay accountable. It allows you access to a private group where you can chat or post your progress and you will receive templates to track your progress. Optional weigh-in templates are provided. Join and complete your 30 day goal with others who are doing the same thing!
